House Rules for the premises
of the Rebland Foundation<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>

Owner:<\/strong> Rebland Foundation<\/i><\/span><\/p>

1. Scope and Purpose<\/i><\/span><\/strong><\/p>

These House Rules apply to all buildings owned by the Rebland Foundation, including
<\/i><\/span>residential, office, training, and assembly areas as well as the caf\u00e9, restaurant, guest
<\/i><\/span>rooms, gym, and meeting rooms. The goal is the safe, respectful, and orderly operation
<\/i><\/span>of all facilities, as well as the protection of the privacy and interests of the Rebland
<\/i><\/span>Foundation, Awakening Church e.V., Awakening Europe e.V., and all authorized users.<\/i><\/span><\/p>

2. General Access Regulations<\/i><\/span><\/strong><\/p>

\u2022 <\/i><\/span>The building is not a public space but private property of the Rebland <\/i><\/span>Foundation.<\/i><\/span><\/p>

\u2022 <\/i><\/span>Access is strictly limited to the following groups of people:<\/i><\/span><\/p>

  • Residents of the residential units<\/i><\/span><\/li>
  • Employees of the organizations housed in the building<\/i><\/span><\/li>
  • Guests with prior registration<\/i><\/span><\/li>
  • Visitors of the Sunday worship service of Awakening Church e.V.<\/i><\/span><\/li>
  • I<\/i><\/span>n exceptional cases, external groups may use the building only with written
    approval from the Rebland Foundation or Awakening Church office
    <\/i><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    \u2022 <\/i><\/span>Entry outside of approved times and areas is strictly prohibited.<\/i><\/span><\/p>

    \u2022 <\/i><\/span>Dogs that are officially certified as support animals may accompany their owner.
    <\/i><\/span>All others are not allowed on our property.<\/i><\/span><\/p>

    3. Use of Facilities<\/i><\/span><\/strong><\/p>

    \u2022 <\/i><\/span>The “Atrium” (entrance and central hall) may be entered by registered guests
    <\/i><\/span>and authorized persons.<\/i><\/span><\/p>

    \u2022 <\/i><\/span>All other areas, especially guest rooms, gym, offices, meeting rooms, the main
    <\/i><\/span>assembly hall, and residential areas, are accessible only to authorized individuals.<\/i><\/span><\/p>

    \u2022 <\/i><\/span>Use of individual rooms requires prior reservation or approval from the Rebland
    <\/i><\/span>Foundation \/ Awakening Church office.<\/i><\/span><\/p>

    4. Conduct in the Building<\/i><\/span><\/strong><\/p>

    \u2022 <\/i><\/span>Consideration, order, and respect for people, spaces, and property are top <\/i><\/span>priorities.<\/i><\/span><\/p>

    \u2022 <\/i><\/span>Fire safety and emergency exits must be kept clear at all times.<\/i><\/span><\/p>

    \u2022 <\/i><\/span>Technical equipment and installations may only be used by authorized <\/i><\/span>personnel.<\/i><\/span><\/p>

    5. Photo, Video, and Audio Recordings<\/i><\/span><\/strong><\/p>

    \u2022 <\/i><\/span>Any photo, video, or audio recording is prohibited without the express written
    <\/i><\/span>consent of the Rebland Foundation.<\/i><\/span><\/p>

    \u2022 <\/i><\/span>This applies particularly to content intended for journalistic, media,
    <\/i><\/span>documentary, or social platforms.<\/i><\/span><\/p>

    \u2022 <\/i><\/span>Press representatives or individuals who gain unauthorized access to the building
    <\/i><\/span>or enter under false pretenses (e.g., by misrepresenting their identity or
    <\/i><\/span>purpose) are committing a serious violation of House Rules.<\/i><\/span><\/p>

    \u2022 <\/i><\/span>This prohibition also applies to recordings made with hidden cameras, mobile
    <\/i><\/span>phones, or wearable devices. Violations will be treated as a serious breach of
    <\/i><\/span>House Rights and personal privacy. The Rebland Foundation reserves the right to
    <\/i><\/span>take civil and criminal action in such cases.<\/i><\/span><\/p>

    5a. Press \/ Journalistic Activities<\/i><\/span><\/strong><\/p>

    Any journalistic activity on the premises of the Rebland Foundation\u2014including research,
    <\/i><\/span>interviews, photo, video, or audio recordings, or observation for professional
    <\/i><\/span>purposes\u2014requires prior written accreditation. <\/i><\/span>Entering or staying on the
    premises under false pretenses (e.g., pretending to be a guest
    <\/i><\/span>or visitor) constitutes a serious violation of House Rules. The Rebland Foundation
    <\/i><\/span>reserves the right to immediately expel such individuals and pursue civil or criminal <\/i><\/span>charges.<\/i><\/span><\/p>

    6. Contractual Penalty for Violations of the Recording Ban<\/i><\/span><\/strong><\/p>

    \u2022 <\/i><\/span>For each intentional or negligent violation of the recording ban (including
    <\/i><\/span>unauthorized publication, distribution, or storage of image, sound, or video
    <\/i><\/span>material), a contractual penalty of up to 50,000 EUR shall be imposed. The exact
    <\/i><\/span>amount will be determined by the Rebland Foundation board based on the
    <\/i><\/span>nature and severity of the violation.<\/i><\/span><\/p>

    \u2022 <\/i><\/span>By entering the building, individuals acknowledge this contractual penalty as
    <\/i><\/span>binding and part of these House Rules.<\/i><\/span><\/p>

    \u2022 <\/i><\/span>The assertion of further civil or criminal claims remains unaffected.<\/i><\/span><\/p>

    7. Security Measures<\/i><\/span><\/strong><\/p>

    \u2022 <\/i><\/span>The building is under video surveillance.<\/i><\/span><\/p>

    \u2022 <\/i><\/span>Data processing is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection laws
    <\/i><\/span>and serves to uphold House Rules and ensure safety.<\/i><\/span><\/p>

    \u2022 <\/i><\/span>The enforcement of these House Rules is the responsibility of the Rebland
    <\/i><\/span>Foundation board, its authorized representatives, and the staff of Awakening
    <\/i><\/span>Church e.V. and Awakening Europe e.V.<\/i><\/span><\/p>

    8. House Rights & Violations<\/i><\/span><\/strong><\/p>

    \u2022 <\/i><\/span>The owner reserves full House Rights.<\/i><\/span><\/p>

    \u2022 <\/i><\/span>Individuals who violate these House Rules may be expelled without warning and <\/i><\/span>issued a permanent ban.<\/i><\/span><\/p>

    \u2022 <\/i><\/span>Violations relevant to criminal law will be reported to the authorities.<\/i><\/span><\/p>

    9. Effective Date and Misc.<\/i><\/span><\/strong><\/p>

    These House Rules take effect upon publication on July 1st, 2025 and remain valid until
    <\/i><\/span>revoked.<\/i><\/span><\/p>

    In case of discrepancies or legal questions, the original German version of these House
