House Rules for the premises
of the Rebland Foundation

1. Scope and Purpose
These House Rules apply to all buildings owned by the Rebland Foundation, including
residential, office, training, and assembly areas as well as the café, restaurant, guest
rooms, gym, and meeting rooms. The goal is the safe, respectful, and orderly operation
of all facilities, as well as the protection of the privacy and interests of the Rebland
Foundation, Awakening Church e.V., Awakening Europe e.V., and all authorized users.
2. General Access Regulations
• The building is not a public space but private property of the Rebland Foundation.
• Access is strictly limited to the following groups of people:
- Residents of the residential units
- Employees of the organizations housed in the building
- Guests with prior registration
- Visitors of the Sunday worship service of Awakening Church e.V.
- In exceptional cases, external groups may use the building only with written
approval from the Rebland Foundation or Awakening Church office

• Entry outside of approved times and areas is strictly prohibited.
• Dogs that are officially certified as support animals may accompany their owner.
All others are not allowed on our property.
3. Use of Facilities
• The “Atrium” (entrance and central hall) may be entered by registered guests
and authorized persons.
• All other areas, especially guest rooms, gym, offices, meeting rooms, the main
assembly hall, and residential areas, are accessible only to authorized individuals.
• Use of individual rooms requires prior reservation or approval from the Rebland
Foundation / Awakening Church office.
4. Conduct in the Building
• Consideration, order, and respect for people, spaces, and property are top priorities.
• Fire safety and emergency exits must be kept clear at all times.
• Technical equipment and installations may only be used by authorized personnel.
5. Photo, Video, and Audio Recordings
• Any photo, video, or audio recording is prohibited without the express written
consent of the Rebland Foundation.
• This applies particularly to content intended for journalistic, media,
documentary, or social platforms.
• Press representatives or individuals who gain unauthorized access to the building
or enter under false pretenses (e.g., by misrepresenting their identity or
purpose) are committing a serious violation of House Rules.
• This prohibition also applies to recordings made with hidden cameras, mobile
phones, or wearable devices. Violations will be treated as a serious breach of
House Rights and personal privacy. The Rebland Foundation reserves the right to
take civil and criminal action in such cases.
5a. Press / Journalistic Activities
Any journalistic activity on the premises of the Rebland Foundation—including research,
interviews, photo, video, or audio recordings, or observation for professional
purposes—requires prior written accreditation. Entering or staying on the
premises under false pretenses (e.g., pretending to be a guest
or visitor) constitutes a serious violation of House Rules. The Rebland Foundation
reserves the right to immediately expel such individuals and pursue civil or criminal charges.
6. Contractual Penalty for Violations of the Recording Ban
• For each intentional or negligent violation of the recording ban (including
unauthorized publication, distribution, or storage of image, sound, or video
material), a contractual penalty of up to 50,000 EUR shall be imposed. The exact
amount will be determined by the Rebland Foundation board based on the
nature and severity of the violation.
• By entering the building, individuals acknowledge this contractual penalty as
binding and part of these House Rules.
• The assertion of further civil or criminal claims remains unaffected.
7. Security Measures
• The building is under video surveillance.
• Data processing is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection laws
and serves to uphold House Rules and ensure safety.
• The enforcement of these House Rules is the responsibility of the Rebland
Foundation board, its authorized representatives, and the staff of Awakening
Church e.V. and Awakening Europe e.V.
8. House Rights & Violations
• The owner reserves full House Rights.
• Individuals who violate these House Rules may be expelled without warning and issued a permanent ban.
• Violations relevant to criminal law will be reported to the authorities.
9. Effective Date and Misc.
These House Rules take effect upon publication on July 1st, 2025 and remain valid until
revoked.
In case of discrepancies or legal questions, the original German version of these House
Rules shall prevail.
